Welcome to rem, a space for vulnerable reflections and creative expression. Here, I pour out the thoughts and writings from a heart that is deeply moved by the small, everyday things in life, and her love for Jesus.

rem is my journey. It’s a place to explore the beauty of grace, the depth of my emotions, and the light of truth that Jesus shares with me every day. Each piece is written from an honest place, and shared on rem to remind us all of the incredible power of vulnerability in our world.

Therefore, whether you are here to find encouragement, language to your thoughts, resonate with my lived experiences, or simply enjoy the beauty of written words, rem invites you into this space of authenticity and hope.

“But who do you say that I am?”

rem mirrors the space where questions are asked and emotions laid bare as a testament to the strength found in daring to be vulnerable. Jesus sought the heart of His disciples when posing the question “But who do you say that I am?” – the heart of God is terribly open, and Jesus lived a life longing to see the eyes of those closest to Him opened to a revelation that would see Him as God revealed.

Therefore, rem is a reflection of this openness, inviting you to honestly encounter yourself and the faith within you, just as Simon Peter did when he named the truth of Jesus as Christ, the Son of God. Below are scriptures pulsing through the heart of rem.

Psalm 46:10

“Be still, and know that I am God.”

rem hosts a place for spaciousness within her heart, where the present is beautifully present and thoughts naturally unfold. It becomes a place where tenderness is welcome here, and we are invited, not to speak, but to become sensitive to the voice of God in our everyday lives.

Colossians 3:2

“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.”

There is a call for alignment with His grace in our thoughts – from Him alone can creativity find expression to flow outwards as rivers in a wilderness. This is a space to nurture our thoughts as a testament to the inspiration of creativity by grace.

Matthew 5:16

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Above all else, rem is a vessel of light. Each word becomes a sentence, and each sentence becomes a paragraph, weaving together a heritage of testimonies that reflect His faithfulness.
